Abstract

Increasingly, there have been growing interest on online auctions for electronic commerce. Currently, more than 150 online auction sites exist on the Internet. Agent-mediated electronic commerce has recently commanded much attention. Agents can act autonomously and cooperatively in a network environment on behalf of their users. It is hard for users to attend, monitor, and bid at the multiple auctions sites simultaneously. Therefore, we have proposed BiddingBot (Fig.1), a system which can support bidding to several auction sites simultaneously [1].
