Grundsätzlich kommen alle Patienten für eine Systemtherapie in Betracht, bei denen eine operative Maßnahme keine Tumorkontrolle ermöglicht oder ermöglicht hat. Angesichts der relativ geringen Toxizität der in Frage kommenden Optionen sollte kein Patient hiervon ausgeschlossen werden.
