Zusammenfassung

Die Kinetik von Zellproliferation und Zellverlust ist altersabhängig sowie organspezifisch und wird bestimmt durch die Proliferationskompetenz der individuellen Zelle, der inter- und intrazellulären Kommunikation, dem humoralen Mikromilieu und übergeordneten systemischen humoralen, hormonellen und zellulären Faktoren.
