Zusammenfassung

Aggressives Verhalten gegenüber dem Artgenossen gehört zu dem phylogenetisch sehr alten Verhaltensrepertoire, dem in der Entwicklungsgeschichte der Arten ein hoher Selektionswert zugesprochen wurde (Lorenz 1963). Mehrere komplex interagierende zerebrale Funktionssysteme, aktivieren oder hemmen aggressives Verhalten.
