Abstract

Laser pyrolysis of gaseous mixtures based on hydrocarbons produces, depending on experimental parameters, carbon blacks with different nanostructures. Some heteroatoms play a crucial role in the formation of special structures with higher degree of order than that found in classical turbostratic carbon.
