Abstract

Full-endoscopic (fullendo) lumbar surgery was first introduced as a method for performing discectomy and has now been used for the decompression of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Finally, the fullendo technique is started to be applied for lumbar interbody fusion (LIF). Since a cage has been inserted through Kambin triangle, it is called fullendo trans-Kambin triangle lumbar interbody fusion (KLIF). We created an original fullendo KLIF system. In this chapter, we explain the history of fullendo KLIF and introduce our technique.
