Abstract
Electron beam therapy is a special entity in radiation treatment. It provides the option of treating the superficial tumors and simultaneously sparing the underlying normal tissue. As a radiation oncologist, it is important to know the characteristics of electron beam and various factors which modify the beam profile. This chapter focuses on the clinical application of electron beam therapy in day-to-day radiation planning.
