Abstract
The African Minister, H. E. Hailemeskel Tefera, made a conclusion on the major standpoint of the seminar, which is jointly sponsored by IPRCC and UNDP and was undertaken by the China Center for Special Economic Zone Research at Shenzhen University, the successful measure of the development of Chinese poverty reductions and the principles that could be learnt and taken as best practice for Africa. It has also been pointed out that this seminar contributed to the Sino-African relationship of cooperation on sustainable development, which is of great benefit to both sides.
