Abstract

Military training is filled with risks. It is not only a process that helps troops improve their combat effectiveness, but also a process for troops to fight against all kinds of training risks. Entering the new era, to promote practices that reinforce military strength, Chinese troops adopt more high-quality real combat trainings. However, since the intensity and difficulty of military training are continuously increasing, the safety risks are also emerging, thus it is necessary to carry out risk management in training. This paper first studies the definition and functions of safety risk management in military training, and next discusses the factors that affect the management. The authors then propose a model for safety risk management in training, which provides basic principles for the troops to follow.
