Abstract
VET schools have a social commitment with the education of citizens and with their professional qualification. This commitment requires a close and dynamic relationship of collaboration to establish the objectives as well as it requires the involvement of their agents in planning and management. This chapter provides an opportunity to understand the characteristics of the collaboration and the potential internal and external relationships and prospective partnerships from the perspective of members of the management teams. Our research emphasizes the need for their development both from the internal action of the schools, with the management of their government teams, and from the involvement of the community to the formation of the new generations.
