Abstract
In order to improve the production level of vacuum circuit breaker, this paper studies the assembly line planning and simulation technology of vacuum circuit breaker. First the structure and assembly process of vacuum circuit breaker are analyzed. In accordance with the study of assembly line layout planning methodology, a modified systematical layout planning (SLP) method is put forward. Simulation methods are applied to verify and optimize the layout scheme. The method of mathematical model and line balancing are studied. It proposes the physical simulation method for assembly line spatial relationship presentation in static and dynamic. Finally a case study illustrates the feasibility of the proposed approach to improve the production efficiency of vacuum circuit breaker.
