Abstract

Wound surface at one part can be repaired with diversified perforator flaps or chimeric perforator flap, and the selection of perforator flap is dependent on repair method, conditions of recipient site and donor site as well as comparison of advantages and disadvantages between different flaps. The major principle is to select the method with a simple operation, satisfactory results, little effect on donor site and a high success rate.
