Abstract

Nowadays, innovation has become key for the improvement of the comprehensive national competitiveness as well as a strong driving force for changes and progress in how the society evolves and how people live. In the latest 19th report of communist party, innovation is regarded as the major force for economic development (Xi, 19th report, 2017).
