It is necessary to analyze in detail, diagnose accurately, and design practical surgical options before extraction surgery; to make sure that each operation step and action should be stable, gentle, and accurate in order to avoid and reduce unnecessary tissue damage during surgery; and to minimize the reaction and reduce the incidence of complications as much as possible after operation.
