De delinquenten over wie het in dit boek gaat, zijn geen jongens die je graag ’s avonds laat tegenkomt. Je zou zomaar zelf slachtoffer van een van hen kunnen worden. Maar had het daderschap van deze jongens voorkomen kunnen worden? Begint daderschap misschien bij het gegeven dat een deel van deze ernstige delinquenten zelf óók slachtoffer is?
