Samenvatting
Patiënten bij wie de stem dermate verzwakt is dat zij nog slechts moeilijk verstaanbaar zijn, kunnen baat hebben bij het gebruik van een stemversterker. Deze versterkt het stemvolume tot een normalere luidheid. Voorbeelden van dergelijke personen zijn Parkinson-patiënten, Huntington-patiënten, patiënten met multipele sclerose, amyotrofe laterale sclerose en sommige cvapatiënten.
