Abstract

Tussen culturen bestaan allerlei verschillen in de eisen die aan opgroeiende kinderen worden gesteld en de taken waarvoor zij verantwoordelijk zijn. Tegenwoordig is dat in Nederland bijvoorbeeld te merken als autochtone kinderen worden vergeleken met Turkse en Marokkaanse kinderen. Vooral de meisjes worden veel meer betrokken bij de zorg binnen het gezin, met name voor jongere broertjes en zusjes.
