Samenvatting
In dit hoofdstuk over aangeboren hartafwijkingen worden de morfologie en fysiologie van veelvoorkomende aangeboren hartafwijkingen besproken. Naast de diagnostiek en de vaak chirurgische of interventionele behandeling van de afwijkingen, wordt ook aandacht besteed aan de vooruitzichten en resultaten op lange termijn. Harttransplantatie en prenatale echocardiografie worden niet besproken.
