Abstract

De patiënt is een 76-jarig, gepensioneerd hoofd van de salarisadministratie. Hij is altijd goed gezond geweest. Zijn echtgenote lijdt aan de ziekte van Parkinson en hij maakt zich erg bezorgd over haar: ‘als ik maar niet eerder dood ga dan zij’.
