Zusammenfassung

Der Prolaps kann bei allen Stomaarten auftreten, ist jedoch vor allem bei doppelläufigem Kolostoma häufig. Bei den letzteren ist es daher sinnvoll eine Prolapsprophylaxe anzuwenden. Dabei bietet sich die sog. Divided Colostomy an: die ausgeleitete Schlinge wird durchtrennt und der abführende Schenkel über einen subkutanen Tunnel und eine zusätzliche Hautinzision ausgeleitet. Allerdings ist diese Technik vor allem bei Kindern beschrieben. Bei symptomatischem Kolostomaprolaps können Prolapsresektionen mit Klammernahtgeräten angewendet werden. Bei prolabierenden Ileostomata ist eine extraperitoneale Neuanlage hilfreich.
