Zusammenfassung

Erkrankungen des Magens wie gastroduodenale Ulzera oder die gastroösophageale Refluxkrankheit sind in der klinischen Praxis häufig. Die Pharmakotherapie spielt für ihre Behandlung eine zentrale Rolle. Voraussetzung für das Verständnis der Pharmakawirkungen von z. B. Antazida, Protonenpumpenhemmern und Histamin-H2-Rezeptor-Antagonisten sind Kenntnisse über Mechanismen der Regulation der Magenfunktion. Der klinische Einsatz dieser Pharmaka wird am Beispiel der Behandlung der gastroduodenalen Ulkuskrankheit dargestellt.
