Ein 68-jähriger Patient mit Typ-2-Diabetes seit 6 Jahren erlitt einen Herzinfarkt und fragt, ob bei einem HbA1c von 7,9 % eine schärfere Einstellung des HbA1c-Wertees, des Blutdrucks oder regelmäßige Teilnahme am Koronarsport ihm helfen würden, das Todesrisiko zu reduzieren. Welche Maßnahme ist evidenzbasiert?
