Zusammenfassung

Entzündliche Knorpelveränderungen sieht der Dermatologe relativ selten. Oft geht ihnen ein Trauma voraus, wie beim Ringerohr oder weniger offensichtlich bei Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis. Die Ohren sind äußerst empfindlich gegenüber Kältereizen. Gelegentlich kann eine kutane Vaskulitis, insbesondere arzneimittelinduziert, am Ohr ablaufen. Aufgrund der geringen Durchblutung des Knorpels sind Schädigungen schwer behandelbar und neigen zu chronischem Ablauf.
