Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel fasst wichtige klinische und histologische Befunde der kutanen Hautadnextumoren zusammen. So kann auch der geschulte Kliniker einige Adnextumoren klinisch diagnostizieren oder die Differenzialdiagnose sehr weit einengen. Man unterscheidet je nach Differenzierungsrichtung follikuläre Adnextumoren, die Strukturen des Talgdrüsenfollikels enthalten, Schweißdrüsentumoren mit ekkriner oder apokriner Differenzierung und die sebozytären Hauttumoren. Neben den gutartigen Tumoren werden vor allem die Kriterien für die malignen Hautadnextumoren dargestellt und zum Teil wichtige Hinweise für die bioptische Diagnosesicherung und die spätere operative Sanierung gegeben. Beispielhaft werden für die Basisversorgung der Patienten unter anderem die Befunde zum Porokarzinom, zum adenoidzystischen Karzinom, zum mikrozystischen Adnexkarzinom, zum muzinösen Karzinom, zum Morbus Paget und zum Talgdrüsenkarzinom zusammengestellt.
