Driving Networked Service Productivity

Abstract

This dissertation has the overall goal to explore how a focal provider can drive productivity in the context of networked service delivery. Part IV supports this goal by enhancing the conceptual understanding in this regard. In Part II it was stressed that advanced conceptual models depict service productivity from a dyadic perspective (Bartsch et al., 2011).
