Zusammenfassung
Annahmen über Stereotype über Lügner sind wohl so alt wie die Geschichte der Menschheit. Die Lüge zu erkennen, stellt für den Menschen eine essentielle Aufgabe dar. Denn obgleich in Erziehung und Religion Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass der Mensch ehrlich ist, so ist er es nicht. Der Mensch lügt und täuscht im Alltag vielfach. Zumeist jedoch ausschließlich, um sich selbst im besseren Licht zu präsentieren oder anderen einen „Gefallen“ zu tun und ohne jemandem damit zu schaden. Die Motive sind vielfältig und oftmals nachvollziehbar.
