Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags wird die Frage beantwortet, wie Geschäftsmodelle erstellt werden können, die es ermöglichen, IKT-basierte Services in personenorientierten Dienstleistungssystemen zu vermarkten. Dafür wurde im Bereich der Freiwilligenarbeit ein Aktionsforschungsprojekt durchgeführt, bei dem ein systematischer und wiederholbarer Geschäftsmodellentwurfsprozess entwickelt und evaluiert wurde. Dieser Prozess soll die Erweiterung von Geschäftsmodellen zur Unterstützung von IKT-gestützten Dienstleistungsinnovationen in personenorientierten Dienstleistungssystemen fördern und ihren kommerziellen Erfolg erleichtern.
