Zusammenfassung
Mit Vollendung ihres 65. Geburtsjahres wird Frau Prof. Dr. Beate Neuss emeritiert. Inhalt ihrer Forschung und Lehre waren in besonderer Weise die europäische und internationale Politik. Mit den nachfolgenden Überlegungen zur Politik der europäischen Einigung möchte ich meine Anerkennung und meinen Respekt gegenüber Beate Neuss zum Ausdruck bringen.
