Zusammenfassung
Dem Human Resource Management (HRM) kommt eine große Bedeutung für die Innovationsfähigkeit und das Gelingen von Innovationsprozessen zu. Non-Profit-Organisationen haben häufig noch ein administratives HRM. Auf der Grundlage empirischer Studien wurde ein Instrumentarium entwickelt zu Analyse der Leistungsfähigkeit des in einer Organisation vorhandenen HRM. Derart wird erkennbar, ob und ggf. wie das HRM reorganisiert bzw. professionalisiert werden muss, um seine Unterstützungsfunktion für Innovationen wahrnehmen zu können.
