Abstract
Teaching application is the only criterion for success or failure testing modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools. Since Modern Distance Education Project was implemented and the nation and provincial finances invested heavily into distance education environment. How is the Teaching application? What are the problems? How to solve them? All these are urgently needed to be answered. Take jiangxi province as an instance, through the questionnaire survey, interview and network retrieval, we will analyze the problems existing in teaching application of distance education in rural primary and secondary schools and put forward countermeasures.
