Abstract
For mutual understanding and friendship among the people of China and the people all over the world as well as cooperation and exchange development in the field of education, culture, politics, economy and trade, the Government of China set up series of scholarship for young talents, researchers, teachers from all over the world (CSC site). These scholarships offers annual basis. Many young talent students from China also go abroad for higher education in well reputed Universities, this because of China’s rapid growth of economy. Authors aim of study to propose a prototype for learning “The outline of China” course and also bring all foreign as well as Chinese students in a platform in the shape of communities, where they can share their idea, issues, experiences, and solution. The prototype is based on Moodle, which provides a great learning environment for online as well as traditional class environment.
