Abstract

In this chapter, a summary of the main findings from the study is provided and discussed. This is followed by a model developed from the outcomes of the study, presenting justice and its antecedents. The model outlines the five main antecedents, their impact on perceived justice, and the fundamental interrelationship of justice with the psychological contract. The account then goes on to consider implications of the findings for current theory. Practical implications are also contemplated along with brief recommendations for future events of merger and acquisition.
