Abstract

Constructive anger emphasises that anger, as an emotion, can be good, positive and healthy. It is a primal emotion from early human evolution to help us survive by reacting to danger. Anger is usually a three-stage process; an activating event occurs, our brain seeks to make sense of it, or evaluates the threat in order to prepare to react, then we act.
