Abstract
Bruno Dann, an Aboriginal Australian promotes bush food knowledge and Aboriginal culture through facilitating harvesting of Gubinge fruit in the land where his ancestors used to live. Gubinge or the Kakadu plum (Terminalia Ferdinarndiana) is a "super food" packed with anti-oxidants and contains the highest level of natural of vitamin C found in any plant on the planet.
