Abstract
As institutions educating future decision-makers, universities are responsible for the sustainable development of society. This responsibility goes along with the call for (sustainable) competence-orientated teaching. The call for competence-orientated teaching implies—among others—the need for rethinking and realigning university didactics and therefore the search for new teaching and appropriate learning formats. ZukunftGestalten@MUAS is a result of such a university-didactical innovation process. Through the examination of the content-related core of skills and the resulting didactical consequences, this chapter describes a suitable didactical concept to convey and advance sustainability-competences in the context of transdisciplinary education.
If your only tool is a hammer them every problem looks like a nail.
