Abstract

In this chapter the echocardiography formulas are listed to provide an understanding of useful and practical, basic and advanced echocardiographic calculations and measurements. The required parameters of these formulas are included in the echocardiographic machine software, so the operator need an understanding of the principles involved these quantifications and it is necessary to be aware of the indications and limitations of their use.
