Abstract

There are many algorithms and approaches for mastopexy and reduction patterns in oncoplastic surgery, including different skin reduction patterns, nipple and areola complex pedicles, and breast tissue rearrangements. Superior pedicle breast techniques are one of the most popular and useful in practice. Vertical and wise pattern techniques are highly versatile options for tumors in inferior quadrants of the breast. Careful patient selection, coordinated team planning, and meticulous intraoperative management are the keys to favorable surgical outcomes. So, in this chapter it was discussed their indications, surgical techniques, and outcomes.
