Abstract
A middle-aged man with a history of palpitation was referred to our echocardiography laboratory. He underwent ablation for supraventricular arrhythmia, but there was a recurrence of arrhythmia despite medical treatment. Echocardiography revealed normal left ventricular size and systolic function and mild right ventricular dilation with mild right ventricular systolic dysfunction. His body surface area was equal to 1.6 m2.
