Abstract

China is a big trading country of agricultural products, agricultural products directly affect China’s economic development and people’s overall living standards. Based on this, people pay more and added notice to the problems related to crops byproduct, especially the supply chain of agricultural products. The provision chain of agricultural products is related to the trade of crops byproduct. and even has a profound impact on the safety and quality of agricultural products. The degree of information sharing in agricultural product supply chain is closely related to agricultural product trade and quality safety. Based on the AHP method, this paper first briefly analyzes the basic concepts of the agricultural product supply chain and the AHP method, and analyzes the influencing factors of the information sharing of the agricultural product supply chain in combination with relevant data. Then, it calculates the relevant weights with the AHP model, and proposes relevant improvement strategies based on this. On the one hand, it can realize the optimization of information sharing of agricultural product supply chain; on the other hand, it provides a certain theoretical basis for future research on related aspects.
