Abstract

Products made by winding are widely used in many industries. The winding technology is improved and control systems must adopt to the changing operating modes. It may be possible only with the use of modern systems of winding control. There are special requirements for synthesis of tension control systems regulators. The synthesis must take into account the specific features of winding. Known synthesis methods do not take into account the peculiarities of the “wet” composite tape. This article deals with the mathematical description and linearization of the elastic tape, a structural diagram of a linearized control object (elastic tape) and a structural diagram of the tensioner mechanical part. The received description was linearized. The Bode plots of initial and simplified models were graphed. The initial model substitution for a simplified one does not significantly affect the description of the control object but significantly simplifies the control system synthesis. The use of synchronous motors with permanent magnets as an electromechanical converter is most appropriate. The structural diagram of tensioner position system is developed. The simulation of this system was realized. The developed control system meets the requirements of the composite materials winding.
