Abstract
This chapter provides a brief overview of the objectives of the book and discusses the main findings. In particular, the chapter takes up each theoretical research question that inspired the research process and offers the reader an attempt to answer based on the main results obtained. Giving space to the voice of companies and their stories has once again made it possible to see how difficult it is to translate principles easily shared on a theoretical level into strategies and actions implemented on a daily basis.
