Abstract
A 70-year-old man with a history of multiple skin cancers, including squamous cell carcinoma, and a history of sebaceous lesions presents for evaluation of several “moles” on his back, chest, and abdomen. These lesions were present for several years, but the patient wanted them evaluated given his history of skin cancer. He denied any bleeding, itching, or pain from the lesions. The patient denied any family history of cancer syndromes or colon cancer.
