Abstract

Human beings are remarkable sources of sustainable energy. The conditions under which exhaustion (burn-out) occurs are explored, in contra-distinction to the circumstances in which energy is productively released and focused. Again, the brain sex differences are central to creating optimal organisational outcomes.
