Abstract
Were it not for the invaluable insights provided by dyslexic patients like John Whitney as well as those offered by his mom’s detailed observations, who would have initially thought that there was a neurophysiological connection between dyslexia, attention-deficit hyperactivity/impulsivity, and phobias/anxieties? And who would have thought that all three of these differently named symptom clusters or disorders were determined by inner-ear/CVS dysfunctioning?

Follow-up NASA studies suggest the presence of significant differences between motion and space sickness as well as the medications helpful for these syndromes. In addition, medications appear to have uniquely distinct effects in normal vs. zero-gravity situations.
