Abstract

This is a case of a 48-year-old Chinese female who came to the dental department. She was pointing to her lower front teeth. I realized from her facial expressions that she was in pain. This was her first visit to the dental clinic. There was also no information about her dental and medical history. When inquiring the reason for her visit, I noticed that she could barely speak or understand basic English words.
