Abstract
This chapter outlines issues which can lead to errors in pelvic imaging, specifically in women. This includes common pelvic diagnoses which can have variable imaging appearances, as well as less common, but clinically significant pathologic conditions. The best imaging modality for each condition, depending on the clinical history provided, will be reviewed.
