Abstract
An approach to a multicriteria evaluation of alternatives in conditions of insufficient information is proposed. By means of an adequate translation of the external notion of expert conclusions based weighted summary estimates of alternatives in effective internal knowledge is compiled in the logical basis of a multi-layer feedforward neural network.
