Abstract

This paper suggests Quality of Transmission (QoT) oriented traffic assignment strategies which intentionally works on several types of queuing techniques available. Packet handling technique is among the vital mechanism in any type of traffic related approach. The obtained simulation outputs unveil that for the better system performance considering cost-effectiveness as well, different topology needs to be design respective of the flow of traffic using the standard algorithms such as Greedy and Evolutionary algorithm.
