Abstract
Structured cardiac CT reporting allows effective communication with referring physicians, ensures consistency, enables quality improvement, and facilitates research and education. Essential elements involved in structured reporting of cardiac CT examinations, including the use of standardized reporting templates and terminology, are described in this chapter.
