Abstract
Imaging. We used to say that we imaged computers. But then came iOS, and then iPadOS. You didn’t image iOS or iPadOS device as much as you “prepare” them, or at least that’s what the buttons in the software said at the time. These days, preparing a device to go into the hands of an end user is more about Provisioning the device to a user than it is about imaging the device.
